Thin privilege is not having to listen to people discuss how “weird” it is that a long time ago, your body type used to be considered beautiful.

I genuinely sat in a history seminar once and had to listen to a girl tell the professor he was lying about historical ideas of beauty because “there is no way fat people would ever be seen as attractive.”
